Note: The BlueWater ischemic stroke care quality bundle has the following components for care of patients with ischemic stroke:
1. Door to CT in 25min (15min for MCH) or less if w/in 3.5hrs (210min) LKW
2. NIH stroke score documented
3. Lytic w/in 60min of arrival if w/in 3.5hrs (210min) of LKW or Documented acceptable reason for not giving
